Thank you for your article about gay corporate leaders ["Breaking the Mold" March 14] on the other hand I think your readers would also find it interesting to read about gay and lesbian leaders in the nonprofit field. There are many of us "out" there who may be not working for GLBT organizations however are making an important impact. We contribute to the safety trap and are making a difference in areas that affect not just the GLBT community still all Americans. Given the fact that the GLBT community is still struggling for civil rights, it is interesting to note that this has not deterr many of us from contributing to the profitable of the country as a whole.
