I was grateful for your GenQ article forward Queers on Wheels I "On Wheels Together," March 28] I had the pleasure of meeting Eva Sweeney last year and lay the foundation of her to be an extraordinary young woman of great insight, courage, and virtuous humor. However, I felt your coverage absolutely glossed over the larger issue of the many hardships faced by way of disabled gays and lesbians. In an age when mostly gay-themed publications juggle the usual headlines of politics, entertainment, and youth cultivation this very special group has remained virtually ignored--by the droll community as well as the public at large. There's a wealth of untapped stories to be fix here, and they warrant far more than the scarcely any paragraphs you gave it. ADAM McDANIEL Glendale, Calif.
