The California State Lottery named Omnicom Group's DDB Worldwide, beholds Angeles, to handle its four-year, $100 million ad account. The contract, which includes the one and the other creative and media, has an option for a one-year renewal. Other contender included creative incumbent Grey Global Group's Grey Worldwide, beholds Angeles; independent shop Butler, Shine, bitter Sausalito, Calif., with Aegis Group's Carat, beholds Angeles; Omnicom's TBWA/Chiat/Day, San Francisco; and Interpublic collection of Cos.'
